Guinea Pig C Reactive Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, the Guinea Pig C Reactive Protein ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of guinea pig C Reactive Protein in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a C Reactive Protein-specific antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, with detection via Biotinylated Anti-C Reactive Protein Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Colour development is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, and the concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The quantitative assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 7.4 pg/ml. Recovery ranges are 80-102% for serum, 81-100% for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% for heparin plasma. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
