GRB2 (phospho Ser159) Cell Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of GAB2 levels in adherent and suspension cells. The kit enables detection of GRB2 (phospho Ser159) and how its expression responds to different stimulation conditions in various cell lines, using a qualitative indirect ELISA format. Phosphorylated target is captured by Anti-GRB2 (phospho Ser159) antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

Reactivity covers Human (Ser159), Mouse (Ser160) and Rat (Ser160), with no reported cross-reactivity. Multiple normalisation methods are included: an Anti-GAPDH antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density after colorimetric measurement, and an Anti-GRB2 antibody allows normalisation of phosphorylated versus non-phosphorylated signals.

The assay runs on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes and is intended for use with a sample range of greater than 5000 cells. The kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3 to 6 months.
