Goat Interleukin 10 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of goat Interleukin 10 (IL-10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for IL-10, and employs a biotinylated anti-IL-10 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm.

The reported product range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5.4 pg/ml. The assay runs in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes and is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader. Recovery in serum has been observed at an average of 91% (range 80-102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma at 90% (range 81-100%, n=5), and in heparin plasma at 84% (range 80-89%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.
