General Nicotinic Acid Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate ELISA Kit

A competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) from Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Nicotinic Acid Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. During incubation, analyte in samples or standards competes with fixed, immobilised antigen for binding sites on a biotinylated anti-analyte antibody; an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate are then used to generate a colour signal that is inversely proportional to analyte concentration, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 2h 30m.
