General Epinephrine ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this competitive ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of Epinephrine in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids, with universal reactivity. The assay uses a competitive enzyme immunoassay format in which Epinephrine present in samples or standards competes with pre-coated antigen for binding sites on a biotinylated anti-Epinephrine antibody. Detection relies on an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader.
