General 1-Desamino 8D Arginine Vasopressin ELISA Kit

The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with a total run time of 2 hours 30 minutes.

The format uses a competitive immunoassay principle in which target antigen in the sample competes with plate-bound antigen for binding to a biotinylated anti-target antibody.
