Equine Matrix Metalloproteinase 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of horse Matrix Metalloproteinase 3 (MMP3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, Biotinylated Anti-MMP3 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <1.43 ng/ml with an assay range of 3.12-200 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported recovery averages include Serum 91%, EDTA Plasma 90% and Heparin Plasma 84%. The kit is intended for equine samples only and must not be used past the expiration date.
