Equine Interleukin 5 ELISA Kit

The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-IL-5 antibody paired with HRP-avidin detection and a TMB substrate. The supplied standard curve covers a measuring range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <6.1 pg/ml. Reported spike-and-recovery values are 80–102% for serum (average 91%, n=5), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%, n=5) and 80–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 falls between 74% and 107% for the same sample types.
