Equine Interleukin 17 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of horse IL-17A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-IL-17A detection antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the measurable range spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml and the sensitivity is <6.0 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported spike-and-recovery values for undiluted samples average 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (90–103%, n=5) and 95% in heparin plasma (89–102%, n=5). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
