Chicken Pepsinogen C ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of chicken Pepsinogen C (Pepsinogen II/PGC) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-target antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colourmetric read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.198 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery ranges are 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% for heparin plasma.

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
