Chicken Interleukin 13 ELISA Kit

The standard curve range spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a reported sensitivity of 5.3 pg/ml. The complete assay runs in 4 hours 30 minutes. Storage instructions specify +4°C or -20°C for various components, and the kit should not be used past the expiration date.

Validation data shows average recovery of 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (90–103%), and 95% in heparin plasma (89–102%) across five samples per matrix. Dilutional linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample types.
