Chicken Interferon Gamma ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of chicken Interferon gamma in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a Biotinylated Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate detection and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Working range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.8 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.

Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80%-102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
