Chicken Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 ELISA Kit

Produced by Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of chicken Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 (BMP2), this sandwich ELISA kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-BMP2 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; the resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Working range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 11.4 pg/ml, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing reports averages of approximately 95% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma, with linearity retained across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
