Chicken AP13 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this competitive ELISA provides quantitative in vitro determination of chicken SAP130 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated 12 x 8 well strip microplate with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm, using a 2-hour protocol in which sample analyte competes with immobilized SAP130 for an assay-specific antibody, followed by HRP-Streptavidin detection and TMB substrate development.

The product range spans 31.25–2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of <18.75 pg/mL. Spiked-sample recovery averaged 94% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma, with linearity maintained across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. The antibody is reported as specific for SAP130 with no observed cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.
