CCR5 (phospho Ser336) Cell Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the qualitative detection of CCR5 phosphorylated at Ser336 in adherent and suspension cells. The indirect ELISA format uses anti-CCR5 (phospho Ser336) capture antibodies followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric readout on a tissue culture treated microplate.

The kit shows reactivity with human (Ser336), mouse (Ser338), and rat (Ser338) samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. It is suitable for sample ranges greater than 5000 cells, and the complete assay takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Storage is at +4°C, where the reagents remain stable for 3-6 months.
