CBL (phospho Tyr700) Cell Based ELISA Kit

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of CBL (phospho Tyr700) levels in adherent and suspension cells. The kit shows reactivity with Human (Tyr700), Mouse (Tyr698) and Rat (Tyr806), with no reported cross-reactivity, and is performed on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate using a colorimetric detection method. Normalization can be carried out using the included Anti-GAPDH antibody, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining, or an Anti-CBL antibody against the non-phosphorylated target.

The qualitative cell-based ELISA is run over 4 hours 30 minutes with a working range of > 5000 Cells. Components are stored at + 4°C and remain stable for 3-6 months. The kit is supplied ready to use and is accompanied by an easy-to-follow protocol.
