Canine Ubiquitin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of canine Ubiquitin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate format arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection carried out colorimetrically by reading absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay uses a biotinylated anti-ubiquitin antibody followed by an HRP–avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting yellow product's intensity is proportional to the amount of Ubiquitin captured in each well. Standards cover a range of 6.25–400 ng/ml, the reported sensitivity is 1.6 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
