Canine Stem Cell Factor ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, employing biotinylated anti-SCF antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Sensitivity is reported as <6.5 pg/ml, assay range 15.6–1000 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery (n=5) averaged 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–99%), and 84% in heparin plasma (80–89%).
