Canine Renin ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourimetric readout taken at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The standard curve covers a measuring range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of <5.9 pg/ml. Reported spike-and-recovery averages across n=5 samples per matrix are 91% in serum (range 80%–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–99%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%).
