Canine N-Terminal Pro Brain Natriuretic Peptide ELISA Kit

The 96-well pre-coated microplate is provided as 12 x 8 well strips, with bound biotinylated anti-NT-ProBNP antibody detected via an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and is inversely proportional to NT-ProBNP concentration.
