Canine Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of canine Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 4 (MCP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-MCP4 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The kit provides a quantitative measuring range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 7.1 pg/ml, and the complete procedure takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery in spiked samples averaged 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma across n=5 replicates.
