Canine Elastase 2, Neutrophil ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate platform with Biotinylated Anti-Neutrophil Elastase Antibody and HRP-Avidin detection; a TMB substrate reaction is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with yellow intensity proportional to target concentration and quantified against a standard curve. Reactivity is canine.
