Bovine Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D (VEGFD) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and completes in 4h 30m.

Performance specifications include a product range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <10.2 pg/ml. Spiking recovery averaged 91% (range 80%-102%) in serum, 90% (range 81%-100%) in EDTA plasma, and 84% (range 80%-89%) in heparin plasma (n=5 each). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions yielded recoveries of 74%-107% in serum, 79%-108% in EDTA plasma, and 82%-105% in heparin plasma.

The sandwich immunoassay employs a VEGFD-specific pre-coated antibody, biotinylated anti-VEGFD detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with the yellow product density proportional to VEGFD concentration.
