Bovine Tyrosinase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Tyrosinase in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourmetric readout measured at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

The assay range is 78.1-5000 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <25 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported recovery values (n=5) average 91% (range 80% - 102%) in serum, 90% (81% - 99%) in EDTA plasma, and 84% (80% - 89%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported in the ranges 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% for serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% for EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% for heparin plasma (each n=5).

Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection reagents A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage conditions specified per component at either +4°C or -20°C.
