Bovine TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of bovine TIE2 (TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids [C0][S1]. The Bovine TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial ELISA Kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate platform (12 x 8 well strips), with a total assay time of 4h 30m [S1]. An antibody specific for TIE2 is immobilised on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-TIE2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader to calculate concentration from the standard curve [S1].

The quantitative measuring range is 6.25-400 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <1.56 ng/ml [S1]. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date [S1].
