Bovine Postacrosomal Sheath WW Domain Binding Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine WBP2NL (Postacrosomal Sheath WW Domain Binding Protein) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, with WBP2NL in standards and samples captured by an immobilized specific antibody. Bound WBP2NL is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-WBP2NL Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate to produce a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit offers a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.059 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4h 30m. Reported recovery averages 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with linearity characterised across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in these matrices.
