Bovine Nerve Growth Factor ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com, this kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-NGF antibody and HRP-avidin detection using TMB substrate. Signal is read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the NGF concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve. The reported total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The manufacturer states a sensitivity of <30 pg/ml and an assay range of 125–8000 pg/ml.
