Bovine Myeloperoxidase ELISA Kit

The assay uses an anti-Myeloperoxidase antibody pre-coated onto the microplate, a biotinylated anti-Myeloperoxidase detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the enzymatic reaction is stopped with an acidic solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min, and kit components are stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed.
