Bovine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine CCL4/MIP-1 beta (also referred to as Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with bovine samples and is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is reported across a product range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 9.8 pg/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Standards and test samples are captured on a pre-coated microplate, detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CCL4/MIP-1 beta Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450nm and the concentration of CCL4/MIP-1 beta is calculated by reference to the standard curve.
