Bovine Interleukin 17 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine IL-17A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an IL-17A-specific antibody (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-IL-17A detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay is run in 4 hours 30 minutes, with a stated working range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 11.2 pg/ml. Validation data shows serum (n=5) recovery of 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%), together with dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
