Bovine Inhibin Beta E ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Inhibin beta E Chain. It is reactive against bovine samples and is suitable for measuring the target in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids, employing the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique.

The quantitative assay is run on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The standard curve covers a product range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and the assay sensitivity is <3.9 pg/ml. Reported recovery averages are 91% for serum (range 80%-102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%, n=5), and 84% for Heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity is documented across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each sample matrix.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
