The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a Biotinylated Anti-HSP90 alpha Antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate to produce a colourmetric product read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.56 ng/ml, the product range is 1.56–100 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.
