Bovine Heat Shock 27kDa Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative measurement of bovine Heat Shock 27kDa Protein 1 (HSP27) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate formatted as 12 x 8 well strips, with an HSP27-specific capture antibody immobilised on the wells. Captured HSP27 is detected with a biotinylated anti-HSP27 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, and the signal is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow on addition of stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Quantitative performance includes a reported sensitivity of <11.9 pg/ml and a standard curve range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
