Bovine Cholecystokinin A Receptor ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine CCK1-R (Cholecystokinin A Receptor) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific to CCK1-R, followed by a biotinylated anti-CCK1-R detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm, with colour intensity proportional to CCK1-R concentration.

Reported detection range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.119 ng/ml. The capture antibody is raised in rabbit (IgG isotype) and the kit is provided as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. Total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min, and components should be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed. The product is intended for research use only with bovine samples.
