Bovine Bcl2 Associated X Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Bax (Bcl2 Associated X Protein) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a biotinylated anti-Bax detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of less than 0.124 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Spiked recovery values average 91% in serum (range 80%-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-99%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, n=5).
