Bovine Anti-Mullerian Hormone ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-AMH antibody and HRP-avidin detection. The enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm.

The detection range is 0.312-20 ng/ml and the analytical sensitivity is 0.117 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery across sample types ranged from 80% to 102% in serum, 81% to 99% in EDTA plasma and 80% to 89% in heparin plasma.
