Bovine Aldehyde Oxidase 1 ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Aldehyde Oxidase 1 (AOX1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-AOX1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, yielding a colorimetric read-out at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.107 ng/ml and the assay range spans 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The detection antibody is a rabbit IgG. Recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 80–102%), EDTA plasma averaged 90% (range 81–100%) and heparin plasma averaged 84% (range 80–89%). The kit is intended for research use only.
