BCAR1 (phospho Tyr249) Cell Based ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Cell-Based ELISA kit enables the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of BCAR1 levels in adherent and suspension cells. It is reactive against Human (Tyr249), Mouse (Tyr253) and Rat (Tyr347) samples, with no reported cross-reactivity, and is designed for use on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform with colorimetric detection.

The assay uses Anti-BCAR1 (phospho Tyr249) capture antibodies detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, which catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. An Anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet staining is used to determine cell density, and an Anti-BCAR1 antibody is supplied for normalization against the non-phosphorylated target. The kit works with more than 5000 cells and the complete assay takes 4 hours 30 minutes. It should be stored at +4°C and remains stable for 3–6 months.
