BCAR1 (phospho Tyr165) Cell Based ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the indirect detection of BCAR1 (phospho Tyr165) in adherent and suspension cells, allowing assessment of how stimulation conditions affect BCAR1 (phospho Tyr165) expression in different cell lines. It shows reactivity with Human (Tyr165), Mouse (Tyr169) and Rat (Tyr263) samples, with no reported cross-reactivity.

The qualitative assay uses a colorimetric readout on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes and an assay range of greater than 5000 cells. Detection is performed by anti-BCAR1 (phospho Tyr165) antibodies followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies. The kit provides three normalisation approaches: anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to determine cell density for adjusting plating differences, and anti-BCAR1 antibody to normalise phosphorylated values against non-phosphorylated signal. It should be stored at +4°C and remains stable for 3-6 months.
