14-3-3 beta + zeta (phospho Ser184 + Ser186) Cell Based ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com comes a qualitative cell-based ELISA for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of 14-3-3 zeta + 14-3-3 beta levels in adherent and suspension cells, with specificity for the phospho Ser184 + Ser186 modification. The assay is run on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate with colorimetric detection.

The kit reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples at Ser184 + 186, with no reported cross-reactivity. Capture is performed using anti-14-3-3 beta + zeta (phospho Ser184 + Ser186) antibodies, which are in turn detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. Three normalization approaches are provided: an anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to determine cell density, and an anti-14-3-3 beta + zeta antibody that allows absorbance values for the phosphorylated target to be normalized against those of the non-phosphorylated target.

Recommended use is for > 5000 Cells, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
