SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (Purple) — Solis BioDyne.

Enhanced probe‑based qPCR master mix formulated for FAST cycling. Contains a robust DNA polymerase, optimized buffer and dNTPs and includes uracil‑N‑glycosylase (UNG) for carry‑over prevention when using dUTP. Ready to dilute to 1× for probe (TaqMan®-style) assays with high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and fast run times. Purple dye in the formulation provides easy visual identification.

• Format: concentrated 5× master mix for high throughput laboratories.
• Typical use: add primers and probe; perform UNG incubation (e.g. 37°C for a few minutes) followed by initial denaturation to inactivate UNG.
• Storage: store at −20°C; avoid repeated freeze–thaw.

Supplied: 20.0 ml (≈5000 reactions, as stated).
