SolisFAST¨ Probe qPCR Mix (Purple)

SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (Purple) — Manufacturer: Solis BioDyne. 5× concentrated master mix formulated for probe-based qPCR, provided with a visible purple tracking dye to ease manual dispensing.

• Composition: hot-start DNA polymerase, balanced dNTPs and optimized buffer; purple dye does not interfere with fluorescent probe detection.
• Benefits: fast cycling capability, high sensitivity and reduced non-specific amplification for probe assays.
• Recommended use: prepare reactions at 1× final concentration; primer concentrations 0.2–0.5 µM, probe 0.1–0.25 µM. Suggested cycling: 95°C 2 min; 40 cycles of 95°C 1–5 s / 60°C 20–30 s (adjust as needed).
• Storage & handling: store at −20°C, minimize freeze–thaw, mix gently before use. Compatible with common qPCR instruments.
