Standard RPMI 1640 basal medium supplied sterile and ready-to-use for suspension and adherent mammalian cells (commonly used for lymphocytes, hybridomas and many cell lines). Supplement with serum, L-glutamine and antibiotics as required by your application. Store at 2-8 °C and equilibrate to 37 °C before use.
