RosetteSep Human Mesen Enrichment, 2 mL — RosetteSep reagent for mesenchymal/mesenchymal-lineage cell enrichment in smaller-scale workflows.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. The 2 mL format enables focused isolations using RosetteSep immunodensity technology: unwanted cells are crosslinked to red blood cells and removed by density centrifugation, yielding a mesenchymal-enriched cell fraction for downstream use.

• Advantages: column-free, preserves cell viability and phenotype, compatible with whole blood or PBMC starting material where applicable.
• Procedure: incubate with sample, dilute and perform density gradient centrifugation, harvest enriched cells from the interface.
