RosetteSep Human CD8+ Enrichment, 10 mL — RosetteSep reagent to enrich human CD8+ T cells.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. This reagent enriches CD8+ T cells by immunodensity negative selection: unwanted cells are crosslinked to red blood cells and removed by density centrifugation, providing highly enriched, untouched CD8+ populations for functional assays, phenotyping and culture. The 10 mL size supports higher throughput workflows.

• Highlights: column-free enrichment, preserves cell function and surface markers, suitable for whole blood or PBMC starting material.
