RosetteSep Human CD4+ T Cells, 0.5mL — RosetteSep reagent for isolation of untouched human CD4+ T cells.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. This antibody-based immunodensity reagent crosslinks unwanted cells to red blood cells to form rosettes, allowing rapid negative selection of CD4+ T cells from whole blood or PBMCs without columns. Designed for small-scale preparations (0.5 mL reagent), it yields highly enriched, functional CD4+ T cells suitable for flow cytometry, functional assays and culture.
