Propidium Iodide, 10 mg — Red-fluorescent nucleic acid intercalating dye for viability and DNA content assays (membrane-impermeant; stains dead cells). Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. Typical applications: viability staining and cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry or microscopy; common working concentrations 1–50 µg/mL depending on assay.
