Ni-NTA Agarose is a nickel-charged affinity resin designed for the purification of recombinant proteins containing a polyhistidine (6xHis) tag. This resin enables efficient one-step purification under both native and denaturing conditions, ensuring high binding capacity and minimal nonspecific binding. It is suitable for batch and gravity-flow applications, providing excellent handling properties for various scales of purification. The resin is pre-charged and able to bind up to 50 mg of recombinant protein per 1 mL of resin. It is provided as a 50% slurry in 30% ethanol and should be stored at +4°C. Ni-NTA Agarose is guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored. Source
