Application: Potent mitogen for mesenchymal cells, fibroblasts and vascular smooth muscle cells; used in proliferation, migration and signaling assays and in tissue repair models.

Handling: Store at ≤ -20 °C. Reconstitute in sterile buffer (e.g., PBS with 0.1% BSA) to the desired concentration, aliquot and avoid repeated freeze–thaw. Use appropriate concentrations for proliferation or chemotaxis assays and verify biological activity as needed.
