Usage and handling:

• Supports colony types commonly evaluated in CFU assays; ideal when serum-free culture is required.
• Mix gently, plate aseptically (~1.1 mL per 35 mm dish) and incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2 in a humidified incubator. Score colonies per established protocol (typically 10–14 days).
